Apartments for Sale in San Diego County
There are several apartments for sale in San Diego County that are not too expensive. There are also many different neighborhoods these apartments are located, each catering to a different type of resident’s needs. There are three main areas of residential living in San Diego County.
North County Coastal consists of beachside suburbs of San Diego such as Carlsbad and Del Mar. A typical two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment will cost about $1,200 per month. The North County Inland area features communities away from the beach that include cheaper suburbs of San Diego. Escondido and Temecula are popular cities to live in while commuting to work in San Diego. The average monthly rent for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in this area is $1,050. San Diego Coastal is the most popular tourist area. Lined with gorgeous sandy beaches, the coastal area includes older beach communities such as Ocean Beach and newer luxurious communities such as La Jolla. A typical two-bedroom Ocean Beach apartment will be about $500 less per monthly rent than La Jolla. Just inland of San Diego Coastal is Central San Diego, which includes the revamped downtown area. Apartments in this area are about $1,100 per month.
With a few exceptions, apartments for sale in San Diego County are around the same price range. Most of the beach communities are popular because of location, and communities inland are popular because of newer developments. Whatever type of apartment you are looking for, you can find it in San Diego County.
